IN CELEBRATION OF HESKETH RACING WINNING THE 1975 DUTCH GP
2025 marks 50 years since the audacious little team from Towcester defied the Formula 1 establishment to claim an historic victory at the 1975 Dutch Grand Prix. Everyone was expecting another Niki Lauda-Ferrari win. He was the championship leader and had won the previous three races.
As rain drenched the circuit, most teams opted for wet settings, but James Hunt and Bubbles Horsley spotted a sliver of blue sky on the horizon and made a daring gamble to keep the Hesketh 308 set for dry conditions.
Their decision proved to be a masterstroke. By lap 7, the rain stopped, and Hunt dashed into the pits for slicks, just as a dry line began to emerge. It took rival teams five laps to realise Hunt's strategy was the winning call, but by then, he had built a crucial lead.
Lauda gave relentless chase, glued to Hunt’s gearbox for over 30 nail-biting laps. Against all odds, Hunt held his nerve, crossing the finish line just one second ahead in a breathtaking finish. The underdog triumph secured Hesketh Racing’s place in the annals of Formula 1 history and became a defining moment of daring and brilliance.

Lead Times to Fulfill Your Order
90% of all products on our website are designed and manufactured by our production / fulfilment company and are created by DTG (Direct to Garment Printing). This means we do not carry stock and make each order individually for our customers. If your order is for a special occasion, please do check stock availability and lead times with us first. This lead time may be longer at busy periods such as Christmas and Father's Day. On average it takes us 3-5 days to prepare a clothing order.
Untracked Shipping
If you select ‘Standard Mail - Not Tracked’, as your chosen shipping method, we will be unable to track your order when it is in transit and provide you with only ‘Proof of Postage’. We highly recommend that if you are outside the UK and order a number of items, that you select ‘ Standard Mail - Tracked’ as a minimum. We want your order to get to you without delay, but we have found in the past that ’Standard Mail - Not Tracked (especially to USA, Brazil and Mexico) that there is a 20% likelihood that your order will not arrive.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
